Taiyo Manufacturing Co., Ltd., which engages in the business of the design of surface treatment and manufacturing of electronic parts and exterior parts, aims to be a company friendly to people and the global environment based on the integration of environmental conservation activities with business management.
In line with this, we set the following specific environmental policy to encourage all company employees, as well as all others who work for the company, to perform environmental conservation activities and seek harmony with the global environment.

• We will identify environmental aspects related to the activities, products and services of our company to prevent pollution, use resources in a sustainable manner, mitigate and adapt to climate change and protect biodiversity and ecosystems, and work to establish an environmental management system compliant with ISO 14001:2015, develop relevant documents and make continuous improvements in our environmental performance.
• We will comply with applicable legal requirements related to the environmental aspects, as well as other requirements agreed to by our company.
• Among the environmental aspects related to the activities, products and services of our company, we will work to reduce the following substances of environmental concern, etc., and promote environmental conservation activities:
  • Promote energy saving to reduce the use of electricity, gas, gasoline and gas oil as well as CO2 and other greenhouse gas emissions.
  • Enhance control of various chemical substances used in our company and reduce their emissions and use.
  • Promote effective use and conservation of water.
  • Promote resource saving and recycling to reduce the amount of waste and achieve zero emissions (no landfill disposal) and cost reduction.
• To realize this policy, we will set environmental targets, design and implement business plans and review them periodically.
• We will prepare a written document of our environmental policy and post, distribute and transmit it to inform all company employees, as well as all others who work for the company, of the policy and also disclose it to all other stakeholders.

With recognition that it is our responsibility to protect the information assets provided by customers and our important information assets in a proper manner, we formulate and operate the information security policy to establish and operate an information security management system and secure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information so that we can be worthy of the trust of our customers.
Our organization will:

• Place importance on the confidential information provided by customers and the confidentiality of the information processing equipment related to the operation of our business, and take management measures to prevent illegal access, exposure, destruction, falsification, virus infection and unavailability.
• Disseminate the importance of compliance with laws, regulatory requirements and agreements with customers concerning information security throughout the organization and strive to improve compliance.
• Actively provide training to enhance ethics and skills related to information security.
• When any information security incident occurs or is expected to occur, respond to it and take necessary procedures promptly to minimize or prevent the damage.
• Formulate rules concerning disciplinary actions for violation of this information security policy.
• Continue activities to maintain and improve the information security management system.
